Ten places paid each hour for all three days of the tournament.

*The first 250 online entrants who register for two or three days will receive early entry prizes.   

Early entry prizes may be picked up on Thursday, September 24th, at Long Creek Marina between 4 pm and 7 pm, or anytime during the weigh-ins if you were unable to pick them up before the start of the tournament.  Your fishing partner may pick up your prizes on your behalf. See important registration day info at bottom of this page.

Prizes for all entrants: $60,000

Items can be picked up on Thursday, September 24th, at Long Creek Marina, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.  Your fishing partner may pick up your items for you, or they may be picked up during the daily weigh-ins.  There will be no prize pickup after 3:30 pm on Sunday.  Prizes must be picked up in person.  We do not ship prizes.

All drawings will be announced on Thursday, September 24th, at 6:30 p.m. You must be present to be eligible for the draw prizes. Draw tickets will be handed out in person between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Event Registration
Registration to fish all three days closes on Thursday, September 24th, at 9 p.m. CST.  You may register on Friday until 9 p.m. to fish on Saturday and Sunday.  You may register until 6 p.m. on Saturday to fish on Sunday.  You may also register in person at Long Creek on Thursday, September 24th, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. CST.

Pre-Tournament meeting
There is no formal meeting for the event, but one angler per boat must come to Long Creek Marina between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. CST to pick up the custom Yonder, hat, and early entry prize package (if eligible). If one angler can't make it on Thursday, please email or text us and let us know. Email info@yetiopen.com, text us: 281-656-5001, and you will be excused from the meeting.

Daily Lunch
We will provide lunch free of charge to all registered anglers each day of the tournaments. Lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day.

Text System
You can enter yourself in the text system for this event by texting the word "YETI" to the number (833) 933-1717. We will enter your number in the system, but some carriers block this type of message, so entering the number yourself will prevent the chance of being blocked.

Android users: If you have an Android device and aren't receiving texts from us, you will need to search for the number (833) 933-1717 in your text app and accept it as a legitimate message.

Start Time
We will notify everyone of the start time the week of the tournament. We will notify you via text message. The start time (first cast) for each tournament will be safe-light and set by the tournament director. You may launch and be on the water, but you may not begin fishing until we notify you of the first cast. Please do not call our offices regarding the start time. We will post the start fishing time on this page and text out the time the week of the event.  You will also be sent a live leaderboard link once the event starts.

Weigh-in Times
All days of the event.  

Lake Off-Limits
The Event's off-limits time begins at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 24th.  Participants must be off the water by 7 p.m. on the day before the Event starts and may not begin fishing until the official Event start time the following day, which will be announced via text message the morning of the Event. The Event Lake is off-limits to fishing after 3:00 p.m. on each day of the Event. ALL participants must follow the off-limits rules for the previous day(s), even if you're not fishing all three days of the event. Participants may return to their respective launch site by boat but are not allowed to fish, use electronics or other devices (including lights), or attempt to locate or mark fish after the off-limits time.

REGISTRATION DAY INFO
Important information regarding Registration Day for the YETI Open. One angler per boat must check in 4-7 PM at Long Creek Marina to pick up your YETI Yonder & hat as well as early entry prize package (if you qualified). You'll also receive your draw ticket at that time. If no one from your boat can attend, email info@yetiopen.com or text 281-656-5001 to be excused.

Parking is limited at Long Creek. Please avoid trailering boats & carpool when possible, and follow parking attendants' directions. Overflow parking will be available at The Cliffs at Long Creek with shuttle service to the marina (see map at bottom of page).

After check-in, join us for Happy Hour at 5 PM and Dinner from 6-8 PM featuring live music, cold drinks, and a quality dinner spread (see menu at bottom of event page).

All Draw Prizes will be announced at 6:30 PM. You must be on site to qualify.
